ضمن برنامج هي تقود التابع لمنظمة بلان إنترناشيونال في الأردن، عُقدت ورشة عمل للتخطيط الإستراتيجي لعام 2023 لمدة ثلاثة أيام مع شركاء الوطنيين خلال هذا الشهر.

وكان الهدف من ورش العمل هو الاحتفال بالإنجازات، وتقييم التطورات السياقية والمستجدات ضمن السياق الوطني والتغيرات والمخاطر، ووضع ومراجعة الأهداف على مستوى النتائج والمخرجات للعام المقبل.
عمل المشاركات/ين ضمن فرق مما أتاح لهم الفرصة للتفكير والاتفاق على المتطلبات اللازمة لمعالجة القضايا الشاملة أثناء مراجعة الاستراتيجيات الرئيسية للعام المقبل من أجل الاتفاق على الخطط والأنشطة المستقبلية. وبعد انتهاء مناقشات المجموعات البؤرية، أُتيحت الفرصة للمشاركات/ين لعرض النتائج الرئيسية من مناقشاتهم مع الفرق الأخرى من أجل إثراء استراتيجيات وأساليب التخطيط.
إضافةً إلى ذلك، شهدت ورشة العمل حضور فتيات وشابات اللواتي أثّرت أصواتهنّ على عملية التخطيط للمشروع.
وفي نهاية ورشة العمل، اقتُرحت مجموعة من التوصيات المتعلقة بكيفية تحسين التعاون بين الأعضاء المحليين في مشروع هي تقود. ومن المقرر أن تخضع هذه التوصيات للمراجعة مرتين في السنة لضمان تنفيذها بشكل فعال.
وكان من بين الحاضرين شركاء هي تقود المحليون وهم مجموعة تقاطعات، ومؤسسة نهر الأردن، واتحاد المرأة الأردنية، واللجنة الوطنية الأردنية لشؤون المرأة، ومنظمة تير دي زوم.

برنامج "هي تقود"، الذي تموّله الحكومة الهولندية، شراكة استراتيجية (اتحاد) يقودها مكتب منظمة بلان إنترناشونال في الأردن وتضمّ عدداً من المنظمات الدولية والمؤسسات الوطنية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني. هي تقود يهدف إلى زيادة التأثير المستمر للفتيات والشابات على عملية صنع القرار مع تغيير المعايير الجندرية في المؤسسات الرسمية وغير الرسمية.

This month, Plan International Jordan’s She Leads programme led a three-day strategic planning workshop with local partners for the year 2023.
The workshop was held to celebrate achievements, assess contextual developments, changes and risks, and develop and review targets on the outcome and output level for the coming year.
Attendees worked in teams and got the chance to reflect and agree on the requirements needed to address cross-cutting issues, while reviewing key strategies for the coming year in order to agree on future plans and activities. Following the group discussions, attendees were given the chance to present key results from their discussions with the other teams in order to enrich planning strategies and approaches.
Moreover, the workshop saw the attendance of girls and young women advisory group, therefore allowing their voices to influence the planning process of the programme.
At the end of the workshop, recommendations were proposed on how to improve cooperation between local members of the She Leads programme. These recommendations will be revisited bi-annually to ensure that they have been implemented effectively.
Those in attendance included She Leads’ local partners Takatoat, Jordan River Foundation, the Jordanian Women's Union, The Jordanian National Commission for Women and Terre des Homme.

Funded by the Dutch government, She Leads is a strategic partnership (consortium) led by PIJO that brings together a number of international organisations, national institutions and civil society organisations. She Leads aims to increase the sustained influence of girls and young women on the decision-making process while transforming gender norms in formal and informal institutions.
