بلان إنترناشونال
أقامت منظمة بلان إنترناشونال الأردن يوم أمس فعالية تعريفية رسمية لأحد مشاريعنا الأخيرة، "نجاحنا"
نجاحنا، هو مشروع مدته 5 سنوات ممول من قبل مؤسسة نوفو نوردسك يهدف الى تمكين اللاجئين السوريين وغيرهم من الشباب المتأثرين بالصراع خاصة الفتيات اليافعات والشابات، وتسليحهم بالمهارات والقدرات التي تمكنهن من السعي لكسب العيش بصورة مستدامة ومواجهة التحديات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتحديات القائمة على النوع الاجتماعي وكذلك حواجز اللجوء ليصبحوا أعضاء فاعلين على المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي في المجتمع.
بدأت الفعالية بكلمة ترحيبية من الآنسة حميدة جهامه، مدير منظمة بلان انترناشونال الأردن المفوض
وشكرت جهامة الجميع على حضورهم، بما في ذلك وزير الشباب الأردني محمد النابلسي ومؤسسة نوفو نورديسك ، كما أشادت بالجهود والمشاركة الفعالة لممثلي الوزارات والسفارات والمؤسسات الرسمية والخاصة والمنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية وشركاء المشاريع، بما في ذلك المجلس النرويجي للاجئين، والجمعية الملكية للتوعية الصحية، ومعهد التنمية الخارجية (بالشراكة مع مركز المعلومات والأبحاث / مؤسسة الملك الحسين)، واتحاد الصناعة الدنماركي (بالشراكة مع غرفة صناعة الأردن).
كما وتحدث كل من السيد قاسم كوتاي الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة نوفو نورديسك والسيدة هانالاين جاكوبسون وأشادا بالجهود التي تبذلها الأردن فيما يتعلق باللاجئين.
وأثناء الفعالية قدم السيد محمود الكركي، مدير مشروع نجاحنا، نظرة متعمقة حول المشروع الذي يمتد لخمس سنوات حيث قدم تفاصيلاً حول المحاور الثلاث المختلفة التي يقوم عليها المشروع بما في ذلك تعزيز النظام التعليمي والتخفيف من بطالة الشباب والوصول للخدمات الصديقة للشباب بما فيها خدمات الصحة والحقوق الجنسية والانجابية والعنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي.
وبعد انتهاء الخطابات أتيحت الفرصة للشباب لمناقشة تجاربهم وقصص نجاحهم، بدءاً بجاسر الحراسيس أحد المشاركين في برامج بلان انترناشونال في مشروع مواهب بلا حدود والذي يستهدف الشباب الاردني والسوري. واستعرض الحراسيس قصة نجاحه المتمثلة في تأسيس مبادرة "روبوتنا" التي تُعني بتدريب اليافعين في الاردن على الروبوتات.
وبعد جاسر، تحدثت شقيقتان شاركتا في مبادرة روبوتنا عن خبرتهما في مجال صناعة الروبوتات وعن كافة الجوائز التي أحرزنها من خلال معرفتهن بهذه التقنية.
قالت رهف ذات الستة عشر عاماً:" يعتقد الناس أن مجال العمل في الروبوتات هو للذكور فقط، ولكننا هنا أثبتنا عكس ذلك:.
وأخيراً، عرض الشاب السوري ماهر تجربته في مشروع بلان انترناشونال، مواهب بلا حدود، والذي اصطحب المشاركين معه في رحلته بدءاً من ترك المدرسة وانتهاءً بالحصول على تجربة منقطة النظير في التصوير بصحبة مخرجين مشهورين عالمياً في فيلم مرشح لجائزة الاوسكار العالمية. وعلاوة على ذلك، تلقى ماهر منحة في احدى الجامعات لمتابعة دراسته في فن التصوير.
نحن في بلان انترناشونال نؤمن أن الشباب هم أمل المستقبل وهم محركو التغيير الايجابي في العالم.

Yesterday, Plan International Jordan held an official introductory event for one of our latest projects, Najahna!
Funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, Najahna is a five-year project that aims to empower Syrian refugees and other conflict-affected youth, especially adolescent girls and young women, with skills and capacities to pursue sustainable livelihood opportunities and challenge gender, social, economic and refugee barriers as active social and economic members of society.
The event kickstarted with a welcoming speech from Plan International Jordan's Interim Country Director Hamida Jahamah.
Hamida Jahamah thanked everyone for their attendance, including Jordan's Minister of Youth, Mohammed Nabulsi and the Novo Nordisk Foundation, while also acknowledging the efforts and the active participation of representatives of ministries, embassies, official and private institutions, international non-governmental organisations and project partners, including the Norwegian Refugee Council, The Royal Health Awareness Society, the Overseas Development Institute (in partnership with the Information and Research Center / King Hussein Foundation), and the Confederation of Danish Industry (in partnership with the Jordan Chamber of Industry).
The CEO of Novo Holdings, Kasim Kutay, and the Senior Vice President, Social and Humanitarian, Hanna Line Jakobsen also took to the podium to praise the efforts made by Jordan regarding refugees.
Mahmoud Al-Karaki, Najahna's project manager provided further insight into the five-year project, going into detail regarding the three different axes that Najahna will operate within, including the strengthening of the educational system, mitigating youth unemployment and access to youth-friendly services, including sexual and reproductive health and rights and gender-based violence services.
Following the speeches, youth were given the opportunity discuss their experiences and success stories, starting with Jasser Al-Harasees, a Plan International Jordan participant from the Talents Unlimited project which targets Syrian and Jordanian youth. Harasees shared his success story of founding the “Robotna” initiative, which trains adolescents in Jordan on robotics.
Following Jasser, two sisters who took part in the Robotna initiative, spoke about their experience in the robotics industry and about all the awards they have won through their knowledge in this technology.
“People think you have to be male to work in robotics, but here we are proving otherwise”, said 16-year-old Rahaf.
Finally, Syrian youth Maher discussed his experience in Plan International Jordan's Talents Unlimited project, taking attendees along his journey of being out-of-school, to gaining incredible movie set experience with world-renowned directors on an Oscar-nominated film, and also receiving a scholarship to pursue photography at a university.
We at Plan International believe that the youth are the hope of the future and will be the drivers of positive change worldwide.
