بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للشباب لهذا العام
عقدت منظمة بلان إنترناشيونال نقاشًا للاحتفال بالشباب المشاركين في مختلف مشاريع المنظمة.
بدأت الفعالية بمقطع فيديو قصير يسلّط الضوء على الشباب الذين شاركوا في مشروع "مواهب بلا حدود"، تحدّث خلاله الشباب عن تطورهم طوال فترة المشروع بالإضافة إلى خططهم للمستقبل.
وكان من بين الحاضرين جود البالغة من العمر 19 عامًا ومصطفى البالغ من العمر 20 عامًا، وهما من المشاركين في مشاريع منظمة بلان إنترناشيونال، حيث تحدّثا أمام الحضور من موظفي منظمة بلان عن إنجازاتهما ضمن مشاريع المنظمة، كما شاركوا معهم ما يلهمهم،
وما الذي دفعهم للانضمام إلى مشاريع منظمة بلان إنترناشيونال وتوقعاتهم للمستقبل أيضًا.
ساعدت هذه النقاشات مع الشباب ومدخلاتهم موظفي منظمة بلان في اكتساب تجربة مباشرة وحقيقة لواقع الشباب
في الأردن، والتي يمكن أن تساعد في تحسين جهود تسيير المشاريع في المنظمة.
تم اختتام الفعالية ببعض الأنشطة المرحة، حيث شارك الجميع في ألعاب منصة كاهوت (Kahoot) التنافسية، وهي عبارة عن منصة تعليمية قائمة على الألعاب تصمّم اختبارات متعددة الخيارات، وكانت جميع الأسئلة داخل اللعبة تتعلق بالشباب ويومهم العالمي.

To mark this year’s International Youth Day, Plan International Jordan (PIJO) held a discussion to celebrate youth participating in our projects.
The event kicked off with a short video highlighting the youth who took part in PIJO’s Talents Unlimited project. The youth outlined their development throughout the project as well as their plans for the future.
Those in attendance included 19-year-old Joud and 20-year-old Mustafa, who are participants in PIJO projects. The event saw the duo present their achievements within the projects. Joud and Mustafa engaged with an audience comprising of PIJO staff, speaking about what inspires them, what led them to join PIJO projects and their expectations for the future.
Through close engagement with the youth, the discussions allowed PIJO staff the chance to gain a first-hand experience of the reality of youth in Jordan, which can help facilitate improved project facilitation within PIJO.
The event came to a close with some fun, with everyone engaging in a competitive game of Kahoot, which is a game-based learning platform which generates multiple-choice quizzes. All questions within the game were related to youth and the international day.
