هي تقود التابع لمنظمة بلان إنترناشيونال في الأردن خلال الشهر الماضي ورشة عمل للتخطيط الإستراتيجي لعام 2023 مع شركاء إقليميين لمناقشة خططهم اللازمة لاستمرار العمل لعام 2023 .
خلال ورشة العمل، تم تنفيذ سلسلة من الأنشطة، شملت تقييم التغييرات والمخاطر والتطورات، ومراجعة الأهداف على مستويات النتائج والمخرجات للعام المقبل.

أُتيحت الفرصة لشركاء برنامج هي تقود والعاملين فيه للاحتفال بجميع إنجازاتهم حتى الآن، مع التفكير والاتفاق على الخطوات التالية اللازمة لمعالجة القضايا.
واتفق الحضور على الاستراتيجيات الرئيسية التي سيتم اتباعها السنة القادمة للاستناد إليها عند وضع الخطط والأنشطة المستقبلية.
وحضرت العديد من الفتيات والشابات كامل ورشة العمل، وهو الأمر الذي كان كفيلاً بإسماع أصواتهن ودمجها في الاستراتيجيات الرئيسية للعام المقبل.
وسيتمكن الشركاء الإقليميين من خلال ورش العمل هذه والتابعة لبرنامج هي تقود من تحسين التعاون، وضمان تطوير خطط واستراتيجيات ملموسة لضمان وضع أهداف قابلة للتحقيق.
وحضر ورش العمل ممثلون عن منظمة "تير دي زوم"، والحركة الدولية للدفاع عن الأطفال، والنهضة العربية من أجل الديمقراطية والتنمية.
برنامج "هي تقود"، الذي تموّله الحكومة الهولندية، شراكة استراتيجية (اتحاد) يقودها مكتب منظمة بلان إنترناشونال في الأردن وتضمّ عدداً من المنظمات الدولية والمؤسسات الوطنية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني.
هي تقود يهدف إلى زيادة التأثير المستمر للفتيات والشابات على عملية صنع القرار مع تغيير المعايير الجندرية في المؤسسات الرسمية وغير الرسمية.
Plan International
Last month, Plan International Jordan’s She Leads programme led a regional workshop with regional partners to discuss their plans moving forward for year of 2023.
During the workshop, a series of activities took place, including assessing changes, risks and developments, and reviewing targets on outcome and output levels for the coming year.
Moreover, partners and She Leads staff got the opportunities to celebrate all their achievements thus far, while reflecting and agreeing on the next steps needed to address issues
. Key strategies were agreed upon for the coming year in order to build on future plans and activities.
Throughout the workshop, girls and young women were in attendance to ensure that their voices are heard and are integrated into key strategies for the next year.
By holding such workshops, regional partners of the She Leads programare able to improve cooperation, ensuring that concrete plans and strategies are developed to guarantee achievable objectives.
Those in attendance included Plan International Jordan, Plan International Lebanon, Terre des Homme, Defense for Children International and Arab Renaissance for Democracy and Development (ARDD)
Funded by the Dutch government, She Leads is a strategic partnership (consortium) led by PIJO that brings together a number of international organisations, national institutions and civil society organisations. She Leads aims to increase the sustained influence of girls and young women on the decision-making process while transforming gender norms in formal and informal institutions.
